Pricing policy:
All prices include UK postage and packing.
Worldwide postage is charged at an additional £20.00 per order. You are responsible for all charges resulting from shipping and importation of goods in to your region. We will label the parcel as printed-paper for custom purposes.
Orders are usually dispatched within 25 days.

Print sizes:
All sizes are nominal. We will supply photographs that are cropped to create the most pleasing image. The dimension quoted refers to the longest side. Print sizes are quoted in 'imperial' measurement. With given metric sizes, the nearest 'imperial' size will be supplied. Picture will be supplied to the displayed format, unless requested otherwise.

Print quality:
All our prints are hand graded, assessed and produced using the finest materials. They are true photographic prints made on light sensitive photographic paper that has undergone wet processing.
" Fine Art Prints" are produced using archival grade, acid free paper.

Payment:
At present we accept payment by cheque in UK Pound sterling, made payable to:

No order will be processed without payment and we will not dispatch any orders until payments have been cleared.

Colour of Photographs:
We will provide a pleasing colour balance but owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials; especially man-made fibres, we cannot guarantee the exact colour of the materials as seen by the human eye. Due to variations in film or digital capture devices and paper batches, chemicals and processing we cannot guarantee exact colour matches, also, we are unable to match colours to third party processed prints. Photographic sensitised materials and colour inks are liable to fade if not stored correctly, we do not recommend that photographs be displayed in sunlight or where there is a fluctuation of heat or moisture.

General:
We pride on customer satisfaction and endeavour to fulfil orders correctly and with the minimum of delay. Please give us as much information as you can to enable us fulfil your order correctly. Should we make a mistake, we will put it right at our expense.
